With over a decade of customer service experience, Candice is dedicated to work with you to find exactly what you are looking for – even if you don't know what that is yet.. Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of her day. Prior to joining the Property Management Inc. team she has had experience in managing her own self employed business, office management, accounting, and Human Resources, this experience and her organizational skills ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment.     • Carrie is a long time resident in Montgomery County. With multiple years experience in construction and contract services prior to working with Property Management Inc, she is instrumental in our success maintaining and repairing properties.

    • Thomas Darbro, a native of Montgomery County, Kansas, has been involved with property management since 2017. His Great Grandfather purchased property and moved to Chautauqua County from Missouri in 1946. At 17 yrs old after completing high school Thomas joined the US Navy as an Intelligence Specialist. In 2008 he moved back to Montgomery County to help take care of his father. Thomas has past experience in freight logistics, Water treatment and environmental science, as well as serving the community as a Police Officer. In 2017 he began investing in rental properties and in 2018 he continued investing in the community by purchasing two self-storage facilities serving Coffeyville and the surrounding area. With his experience and enthusiasm, Thomas is really good at solving people’s problems. What better traits for a Property Manager? His experience working in military Intelligence having multiple security clearance and Law Enforcement has given him a clear understanding of confidentiality. As an investment owner, home owner, and business owner he has the experience to solve your problems.
