  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    The only time we will hold properties is for up to 14days for an approved applicant who has paid a security deposit.
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    The Security Deposits are due when the lease is signed. The first month's rent is due prior to moving in.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    You have to be 18 yrs old to apply.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Security deposit funds must be returned to the tenant within 30 days of terminating the lease minus expenses, charges, or damages.
  • Who needs a cosigner?

    An applicant who does not qualify due to income can use a Cosigner.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    Contact the office during normal business hours and we can send you an online application.
  • How do I pay rent?

    Rent payments can be made online via your tenant portal. In person payments can be made at the office during business hours.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    All pets require pre-approval and must be listed on the lease. We require a profile be created at https://property-management.petscreening.com
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    All move out’s require a 30 day written notice. Call or message the office and we will help you with your situation.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    On your tenant portal select contact us, then select request move out and complete the form. You can also stop by the office and fill out a notice in person.
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    Repairs and maintenance caused by tenant or guest neglect are the responsibility of the tenant. Routine maintenance and repair is the owners responsibility.
